💡 A King Soopers Marketplace coming to Frederick.
The Biggest Frederick news is a new King Soopers is coming to Frederick in 2024. This news has been out for months. The latest update is that construction will begin in late Fall. This marketplace will be off of Highway 52 and Colorado.
I think the most problematic part of this is the traffic it will cause on a always busy road stretch.
A great thing is that the taxes will now stay in Frederick for groceries and the other restaurants or businesses that go into the complex.
I bet the highschoolers will love it too!!
💼 Toro is relocating its robotic department to Frederick
Toro is relocating its robotic department from their Longmont facility to Frederick. Toro will be relocating to the new Bear Industrial Park on Bruin Blvd, Frederick.
This will create some great employment opportunities for the immediate area of Frederick Colorado.
Toro make turf care equipment and are a well known brand!
🏢 A new master planned is being proposed for the West End of Frederick Colorado
This may not seem like the freshest Frederick news. A new community will be built West of Wyndham Hill.
There are ponds and water in that area so it will be interesting to see how the neighborhood includes those water areas. Mountain views will be in abundance from some of these homes in that prime spot and easy access to Boulder.
This neighborhood will be close to Anderson Farms off of 52. Anderson Farms can get a lot of traffic in those Fall months. Hopefully they will develop a good system of getting in and out of the neighborhood that involves a different option.
