Location wise you are just 3 minutes from I-25 and Highway 52. This makes commuting to Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins very simple. You are about 35 minutes from Denver, 20 minutes from Boulder and 25 minutes to Fort Collins. DIA is around 30-45 depending on whether you use the toll road or not.
