My buyers purchased this home at 1670 E 167th Circle in Thornton. This great home was only listed as a 3 bedroom, but a little sleuthing work found it was a 5 bedroom and 4 baths with over 3000 sq ft of living space. Sometimes it is worth having a sleuth on your side when looking for homes for sale!
This home had everything my buyers needed. The main floor had a large living area, beautiful kitchen and dining/additional living area. It was open to the top floor bringing light and an open feeling. Hardwood floors were installed throughout the whole main level.
Upstairs are 3 good sized bedrooms including the primary suite. The primary suite is large with lots of windows and a large primary bath with walk in closet. Upstairs there is also a loft space, so yet another living area or craft space.
In the basement there were 2 additional bedrooms another full bathroom and a bonus living area.
This is a great home in a great neighborhood.
Are you looking for a great neighborhood on the North Side of Thornton? North Creek Farms could be your perfect match.
North Creek Farms has walking trails, mountain views, playgrounds and community events. The neighborhood has 2 parts to it. There are older homes that still boast plenty of space just not as updated (unless they have had a remodel). These tend to have bigger lots and are on the south side of the neighborhood. Then there are the newer homes built my Meritage on the North side of the neighborhood. These homes have open lofts and a lot of them have upgraded options. When I say newer they were built around 2007 – 2012.
The neighborhood is very close to Thornton Costco, Top Golf and other stores. It is about a 10-15 minutes drive from schools though which is something to keep in mind. It is located within the Adams 12 school district.
Access to I-25 is 3 minutes outside the neighborhood, you also have easy access to the E470 toll road, Highway 7 and Colorado Blvd. Your commute into Denver is a little longer from this side of Thornton being about 25 minutes. Boulder and DIA are both about the same distance 20 – 25 minutes.
If you are looking to buy in North Creek Farms or Thornton and surrounding areas, I would love to help!
