You are also closer to I-25 on this side of town making commuting that much easier. It is still a quick trip into downtown Longmont or Boulder as well. Taking the backroads will ease some of that driving stress.

Walmart is just down the road, as are great restaurants like Collision Brewing, Roots, 300 Suns and a plethora of other great options.
