My buyer came to me looking for 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in Denver. We needed to stay under $250,000. Now this may seem like a challenge and it can be. We looked at many different type of condos, townhomes and even applied for low income housing in Central Park.

From the details and photos this looked perfect. It was in a great location just 10 minutes from downtown Denver but within walking distance of a grocery store and shops. The complex even had a pool. New carpet and paint had been done and it had just the right space we needed! Also AC, which at this price point can be trickier.

We came in at $225,000 and it met my buyers needs perfectly.
